Returns & Refund Policy

If there is a problem with your order, please contact me with 3 days of receipt of your order at info@happyhummingbirdsoapery.com.  We want customers to be delighted with their order!

If you wish to return an order, please email me first with the reason for your return request. You must ship items back within 5 business days of approval to return a product and include a copy of email correspondence authorizing the return. Returned products must be unopened and in the original packaging. 

A refund, store credit, or replacement product will be issued, as applicable.  

Refunds will be issued if the product being returned has not been opened, used and the packaging has not been tampered with. 

If a replacement product is valued less than the product being returned, a store credit will be issued. If a replacement costs more than the product being exchanged the customer will be charged the difference.

Orders - Request a cancellation within 2 hours of purchase.
