Refund policy

If there is a problem with your order, please contact me with 3 days of receipt of your order at info@happyhummingbirdsoapery.com.  You can also reach a real person or leave a message at (410) 721 3436. We want customers to be delighted with their order!

We have a 30-day Return policy but please note that due to the personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns for used/opened personal hygiene items. If your item arrives damaged, we will send a replacement or a refund—no need to ship the item back.

If you wish to return an order, please email me or call me first with the reason for your return request. You must ship items back within 5 business days of approval to return a product and include a copy of email correspondence authorizing the return. Returned products must be unopened and in the original packaging. 

A refund, store credit, or replacement product will be issued, as applicable.  

Refunds will be issued if the product being returned has not been opened, used and the packaging has not been tampered with. 

If a replacement product is valued less than the product being returned, a store credit will be issued. If a replacement costs more than the product being exchanged the customer will be charged the difference.
